Overview

n8n Stock Monitor is a privately operated business automation for inventory tracking and production-order monitoring. It uses Google account authorization to access spreadsheets selected and configured by the operator.

Information accessed and processed

The application processes authorized Google Sheets content, including product identifiers, product names, inventory thresholds, stock history, and production-order fields. It may combine these records with stock data retrieved from Bitrix24. Google OAuth authorization credentials are used to authenticate the requested spreadsheet operations.

How information is used

Data is used to read configured spreadsheet records, evaluate inventory availability, record stock-monitoring history, compare production orders, and produce operational notifications. Information is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

Data sharing and processors

Authorized spreadsheet data is processed by the operator's n8n automation. Relevant monitoring and order information may be transmitted to Bitrix24 for authorized API requests, to the operator's configured local Ollama model for message formatting, and to Telegram to deliver requested alerts. Those services process information under their own terms where applicable.

Storage and security

Spreadsheet records remain in the configured Google Sheets files unless explicitly copied into workflow results or logs. Workflow execution data and access credentials may be retained in the operator's n8n environment according to its configuration. Access is restricted to authorized administrators. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

Spreadsheet information is retained according to the operator's configured files and workflow-history settings. The operator can remove records from relevant spreadsheets and workflow data stores. Requests about access, correction, or deletion can be made using the contact below.

Revoking Google access

The Google account holder can revoke this application's authorization at Google Account — Third-party connections. Revocation prevents subsequent authorized access unless access is granted again.

Changes and contact

This policy may be revised when the application's data practices change. Questions and requests can be sent to schablowski3@gmail.com.
